center of the Oregon Coast. Surrounded by 17 fresh water lakes,
ocean beaches, and sand dunes, makes Florence a perfect vacation
get-a-way. There's an in city fishing dock, and the Bayfront/Old

is rich in indian history, and board the Westward Ho! Sternwheeler
to reflect when it was the major transportation in this area.
There is Honeymoon State Park and a favorite beachcombing area
at the South Jetty.
